OneRepublic has released smash killers like “All the Right Moves” and “Stop and Stare”. The group, notable for it’s jack of all trades approach to instruments, has amazing lyrics and passion that light up the stage. The band has made itself onto the Billboard Pop 100 chart in blazing speeds and shows no indication of stopping. From going to an un-signed yet wildly popular band on Myspace to being signed and famous, these boys have a knack for catching attention and keeping it. And thanks to the Arkansas Tech student activities board they will be robbing even more glory and gaining fandom on March 29th!
The Spring Concert, planned at the Tucker Coliseum, will be held at 8 P.M. and will feature no less than the fabulous OneRepublic band. The musical talents of these gentleman could easily cost upwards of 100 dollars a pop, but with your student identification card you can slide your way in with a measly 20 dollars. Start your summer off right with songs like “Apologize” and lyrics that give you goosebumps. Ryan Tedder, lead vocalist, says of their lyrics, “It’s complexity wearing the mask of simplicity.” And it would be folly wearing the mask of missed opportunity not to be at that show stopping concert on March 29th!
