Sunday April 25nd, Trey Songz will be performing at the Bojangles’ Coliseum in Charlotte as part of his 2010 tour. Since his 2005 debut, Trey Songz has boomed into the Hip Hop and the R&B world, and is one of today’s most popular artists. His two hottest singles today are Successful, and Say Aah, which both are top ten singles.
Trey’s third and current album, “Ready” is his most successful yet. Ready is a change from Trey’s previous albums, and is full of collaborations with producers including Eric Hudson, Sean Garrett, Soul Keys, and Troy Taylor. Trey was looking towards improvement and change, and wanted to be able to relate to the Hip Hop fans as well as the R&B lovers. He says, “With every move you make you have something to prove. There is always room for improvement. I’m growing, as a person, as an artist, and as a man……I’m changing as a person and the music is better for it.”
