Charlotte Bobcats vs. Atlanta Hawks

Tomorrow, Tuesday April 6th the Charlotte Bobcats are playing the Atlanta Hawks at the Time Warner Cable Arena.  The Charlotte Bobcats are a professional basketball team based in Charlotte, NC that plays all of their home games at the Time Warner Cable Arena.  The Bobcats franchise was created in 2004 by Robert Johnson, founder of B.E.T, but recently sold to Michael Jordan for a whopping $275 million.  After getting off to a rocky start, the Bobcats have finally found their stride and are having their best season yet.

Currently the Bobcats are ranked number fourteen overall in the NBA and fourth in the Southeast standings.  This Tuesday the Bobcats host the Atlanta Hawks in a division rivalry that means a lot to the players and the fans.  The team is hoping for a playoff berth this year and will have to work to make this dream come alive.  Atlanta is currently second in the Southeast division and an entire eleven games ahead of the Bobcats.  If Charlotte wants their season to continue they will have to outplay the Hawks Tuesday night and play their hardest.

Location, Location, Location!

College is a time when being relatively close to your destination is very important - especially in a busy city like Charlotte - and sometimes transportation is limited.  As students, there are many things we want to do with our free time, and sometimes the location of our housing can put a damper on where we want to go.  However, in Charlotte at 901 Place Apartments, that is not the case.

901 is only a walk away from the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, one mile from UNC Charlotte’s Main Campus, and a couple miles from the Lowe’s Motor Speedway as well as the Concord Mills Mall.  Although there are other apartments in Charlotte that offer many great amenities, along with those amenities 901 Place is conveniently located in the middle of all the places to see in Charlotte.

Charlotte, NC is known for many ideal destinations, and at those destinations boredom is definitely not in the picture.  The Queen City has over one hundred venues, many ongoing performances and events, as well as multiple attractions that keep the population growing, and the students coming!  Celebrities are seen more often, than never, at sporting events, and at night clubs in this city.  From day to night, there is definitely NEVER a dull minute in Charlotte, North Carolina.
